We want you to shop with confidence. Every order is carefully checked and packed, and we offer a 30-day return policy with a simple promise: if something isn’t right when your order arrives, we’ll make it right.
How to Get Help
For the fastest resolution, please email hello@moody-mouse.com as soon as possible after delivery. Make sure to include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your case and provide the next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. In many cases, we can resolve your claim quickly and may not require a return.
What’s Covered
We accept returns if the item arrives defective or damaged, or if the wrong item was received.
Timeframes & Condition
Once approved, any required return should be shipped back within 7 days, with the tracking number shared with us.
Return instructions are provided case by case (international logistics may vary).
Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible under this policy.
Refunds
After approval—and if required, once the item is received and inspected—we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly with our fulfillment partners.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After processing or shipment, we cannot accept cancellation requests.
